1. Password / Login Problems:

My password doesn't work

a. Make sure you're entering your username and password exactly as it appears on your email reciept.

3. System Requirements

a. You may view on any system, with any internet connection, on any internet browser. The site has been tested and optimized for both Windows and Apple PC platforms.
b. Your connection speed will only affect your download times. Photos are optimized for minimal download time. There are multiple video formats and sizes so you can choose the best one for your connection speed.
c. Videos are available to download or stream in Windows Media (version 9.0 or higher), in small and large sizes.

4. Technical Issues with Members Area

The photos show up as broken picture icons.

a. Try refreshing the page in your internet browser

The videos do not play.

a. Check your donwnload speed and make sure the file has completely downloaded. Many video files are 30MB or more, so if you have a slow connection speed, it may take a while for the video to start.
b. Make sure you have most recent version of your media player installed. For free updates, visit Windows Media Player.

c. I can't seem to stream the videos in Firefox. Why?
Mozilla Firefox is known to have some issues with streaming files inside of its browser. You might notice it downloads the entire file before it will play it. This can be fixed, but must be done on an individual basis. If you are not computer savvy, we suggest you view the site through another web browser. However, if you would like instructions on how to adjust your Firefox browser, you find them here. The games do not load for me.

a. The games run on Macormedia Flash. Please make sure you have Flash Player 8 installed on your system.
